Established in February 2011, Jiangyin BOHON Machinery Flanges Co., Ltd. is situated in the prime location of the Yangtze River Delta, and located in Jiangyin - a newly developed port city. The Company, surrounded by the river and sea, has unique geographical and transportation advantages.

As a manufacturer specialized in stainless steel flanges, the Company has passed ISO-9001:2008 quality system certification; TUV PED 97/23/EC & AD2000-W0/TRD 100, DNV, BV, ABS and other certifications as well as special equipment manufacturing license certification.

The Company's products are widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, food processing, textile, shipbuilding, biomedicine and other fields, and 80% of them are exported to Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Taiwan Region, neighboring countries of Southeast Asia and some Middle East countries. The Company produces about 6000t flanges annually, with the production standards as DIN, ANSI/ASME, JIS, HG, etc.

The Company now covers an area of 15000㎡ (including floor area of 10000㎡), and has 150 employees (including 6 senior engineers, more than 20 engineering technicians and quality inspectors a well as a group of experienced management personnel and skilled operators). In addition, the Company has a complete set of testing equipment in chemical analysis, mechanical property test and NDT. At present , it has desk type spectrometer, portable spectrometer, tensile tester, impact tester, flaw detector, projector, cryostat, hardness tester, infrared thermometer, roughness tester, metallographic analyzer and various measuring tools.

And also, the Company has the ability to manage and control production and related testing in the whole process as blanking-forging-heat treatment-machining-engraving-cleaning and packaging.
